Our founder, Manoella Wilbaut, has held senior leadership positions in global organizations, where she has pioneered multiple transformational programs. Very early in her career, Manoella demonstrated an interest in human development and sustainability. She has held positions in marketing, business development, and innovation, and all of them became sustainable. For +15 years, Manoella has shared the findings with colleagues, partners, mentees, students, and more.

The year 2023 was a pivot year. Manoella met with an increased number of people who were looking for a purpose in work. Just having a job is not sufficient, with employees searching for long-term engagement. The challenge was set – how to reconcile work and fun?
Manoella has made this journey to meaningful excellence and thought that if she could have done it several times, both individually and professionally, why not help others on the journey?
